I didn't catch the entire interview just some highlight clips that they played but he coached CJ from his sophomore year on at Hoover High (I believe I remember this correctly). He said CJ had a really hard time picking up their offense the first year, he actually used a phrase similar to "he just checked out" or "shut it down" I cannot remember the exact wording. He went on to say that he came back his Junior year and it was like somebody flipped a switch.

He then described CJ's college years the same way. Freshman year he was a huge disappointment then sophomore year bang.

    Here's hoping history repeats itself.

    Anybody catch the entire interview?

For some wide receivers in the NFL, the switch does not turn on until year three.

Well, I think the PAts need to sign or draft another wide receiver this year.

Man, do you just hate the Pats or something, or do you just like being the sarcastic class clown?

It sounds like part confidence part the ability to learn new things.

Tipp I agree it takes many receivers until year three. I'd take a 40 catch 600 year Sophomore season where teams at least have to account for him a little, some sort of progress.

His college career certainly followed that path.

People need to realize three important things:

    1) He was injured and missed a lot of time including training camp
    2) Rookie receivers rarely contribute
    3) He came out early, so it wasn't a given he'd produce year 1

and i get bored from time to time.

but i take pride in the fact that i don't pout and throw temper tantrums and send PMs to moderators if I don't get to make certain threads and stamp the word "official" on them.

I don't remember asking you anything.

And im not a bandwagon fan.

That's a low blow and a sign of desperation, is that all you got?
you can't think of anything better?

I'm not even going to explain myself and defend myself to someone like yourself just trying to be "that guy" and tell me off.

    "seriously get off ours"

Your right you never asked me anything. But with someone that adds ignorant comments into every conversation you open yourself up to criticism in which this case it is well deserved.

I'm not trying to be "that guy" im trying to be the guy that finally tells you to go away since you have no real reason for being here.

You claim your a fan yet you act like an idiot.

The only person you impress is yourself while pi$$ing off the vast majority of us here.

You offer no insight to thoughts and only claim them as fact.

You have no reason to be here if you cant defend your own arguments.

First off, yes you are trying to be "that guy"... and you just proved it genious.

2nd, in your post that was supposed to tell me off you implied that you are riding the pats bandwagon, truly brilliant.

I only make comments about people when they start with me first. Digger, pats1, brownnoser, predator, all of them made comments first so that's what they get. They don't have to read it if they don't like it.

I don't understand the "you have no reason to be here if you cant defend your own arguments". I usually don't offer any arguments of any kind. I mean every once in a while but it is really rare that i offer an argument. So obviously something that doesn't exist cannot be defended....

I see where you are going and my advice is to stop and just go away.
    You don't stand a chance.

If you perceived it as a bandwagon comment then take it that way i really don't care. Everyone who reads that statement will know exactly what i mean when i said it.

I dont know what your talking about with people "starting with you first" Most of those people have acted like i have especially Pats1 and BrownsFan80.

First you run into a argument and say "This person sucks" "Lets do this" "that was stupid" and yet when people jump on your case about it you react like its a personal attack instead of defending your argument. Which is what your supposed to be doing.

So your Chad Jackson sucks comment is dumb because you offer no basis just childlike anger.

Then when people say your annoying and get off the forum you say "But why? I have done nothing wrong. Screw you guys"

In short you ask for it.

Instead of responding to me and others with, "BWHAHAHHAHAHA, PWNAGE etc."

Why dont you act normal and defend your statement like a normal person.
