    Geez, it's been a while since I've read the Constitution, but please remind me which article is the one that says the Vermont legislature - or any state legislature, for that matter - has the authority to impeach the President of the United States... I can't quite seem to find that passage... Is it next to the part of the Constitution that says Congressmen can give orders to the military...?
