    Dude's hurt again.

Dude hasn't consistently been on the field since he got paid and got married. I bet he's played in less than 60% of the games the last 2 years.

I say cut him and give Steve Williams, Daryl Richard, or Titus Adams (in that order) his roster spot on the 53.

Why not? What's $1.1 million in cap space, when you can get a 5th string DT on your inactive roster instead having him languish on the practice squad?

Cut him, I agree. Better to have mediocre players that are around all the time than better players who only play 60% of the time.

BB needs T-shirts that say, "GET HURT - GET CUT!"

Players need to stop throwing their bodies around like they are Superman or something. Once BB starts cutting every player that gets hurt more than once, the rest will get the idea.

How much will we save, how much of a dead money hit will we take, and what will be the overall net gain/loss if we release him?

I never liked that contract that Bill so generously gave him; I doubt that he would've made half as much from anyone else.

And this Steve Williams guy does seem to be around the ball - a lot.

Bet taken. 25 of 32 last two years (78%), including 16 in 2008. 41 of 48 last three years (85%).

Not sure when he got married, but he got paid in March of 2009.

You were talking about Mike Wright, right?

    I agree.

As the original 'Made of Glass' guy, I think its reasonable to fine Maroney aswell.

You can't let this type of behaviour multiply.

While we're at it let's cut Warren and Brady, too. I mean Brady missed what, 15+ games last year and his getting hurt is the reason we missed the playoffs. Guy's a bum. Seymour, too. And Neal. And Thomas. Sissy with the broken arm. Jeez.

Everyone who isn't being sarcastic in this thread is a moron.

    Are you CRAZY?

We can get, at the bare minimum, a couple of 5th rounders for Brady and Seymour.

    Think before you post :p

On a completely random note, how funny would it have been if Gisele had married Mike Wright instead of Tom Brady? :D

Since people who are sarcastic are almost always morons (this writer included), that pretty much covers everyone who posts to this thread.

It's impossible. People think that saying the opposite of what they really mean constitutes sarcasm, and get upset when you don't read their minds.

They still need to work on that internet telepathy thing...might prevent a lot of useless fights here ;)
