Do teams have guide lines on how much CAP they intend to allocate
to the units of their team?
For example:
Dline: 10%
Oline: 10%
LBs: 12%
.... etc?
OR ... are there some other guidlines they use in determining how to allocate
the CAP space.
OR
... is there no thought to it ... just as needed type philosophy.
It would be interesting to see how teams allocated their CAP and the results.
Has anyone seen such a study? ( I bet Ernie Adams would know.
