I think Smith is better than Welker. As a WR, no way, but as a PR Smith is very good. He can make guys miss in the open field and make something out of nothing.

The Bills only released Smith because they are VERY deep at WR, and have the Pr who lead the league in PR average, along witht he best KR in the game.
