Now all they need to do is build a nuclear (nucUlar) bomb and blow it up, like North Korea. Then Bush will take them off the terrorist watch list.

    On the real....

We are as misunderstood to the Iranians as they are to us.

    not at all...

However I do work with a number of Persians, and talk quite often about or misunderstandings. Its funny how we always seem to come back to the same point.

"A madman is running our nation, and speaking for a people who don't agree with what he is saying"

I believe we have more in common than most ignorant "hey want to wipe Israel off the map....." people think. I believe we are just as opressed by our government and media as we see them being.

Most of Irans population is young (under 35), most of Iran's youth is moving toward a blue jeans wearing movie watching, music listening youth culture not supported by the mullahs. These people will take over soon. Then you will see a revolution in Iran. Not because we bombed them, but because they wanted Rock and Roll and to be on Iranian Idol.

This is interesting. I've found the same thing. I definitely think the problem Ahmadinejad and his radical rhetoric. I think you're right, the best thing for us to do is foster a revolution there (not through direct intervention). I know a guy who was exiled from Iran when the current ruling class took power, and he's said mostly the same thing. The problem is if Ahmy starts making overt acts of aggression, then something has to be done more directly. I don't think he will though, he seems to be similar to Saddam in that he's mostly puffing up his own image, trying to seem more powerful then he is.

And you're right too, I don't think the Iranians understand us either.

Prince Barack Hussein Obama said today when speaking of the missle test "we should use diplomacy" translated that means "kiss their a$s" (then Israel will vanish in a mushroom) big trouble coming when Obama takes over, stay out of Tall Buildings.
