I was wondering, just to gauge our team and as ridiculous as this may sound...

If anyone has Madden 2009 with updated NFL rosters as of today.

With the level of sophistication and Artificial Intelligence these games provide, I wonder....

If we ran a simulation, turning injuries off (to keep all things equal for the rest of the season), I wonder what the Patriots record would be.

We could use a test run (1) with the patriots spread out, high octane offense and (2) using a more conservative game plan.

***I clearly do not think Madden is real, but I believe simulations have been run prior to the last 8 Super Bowls and have only been incorrect 1 or 2 times, so there is some level of accurary. It could help to gauge how competitive we will be this year.
 
It would be interesting to see our performance with Cassel simulated with both vertical aggressive offense and conservative offense.

However, I'm not too sure the Madden ratings for Cassel are very accurate, might need some adjusting...
