So you support people who broke the law and then on top of that they are essentially saying they are going to break the law while protesting it!

I wouldn't expect anyless from the braindead!

No, I don't support legalizing "illegal" immigrants.

And no, I'm not braindead. :D

This is yellow journalism. They're quoting a union official who's only connection to the story is that he's had involvement with some past immigrant rallies. The media is just trying to stir something up (or give us "both sides of the story", however you want it) but the source of that quote is not one of the organizers and he certainly doesn't have any authority to speak on everyone's behalf. I would guess most immigrants' intentions at this rally are not militiant.

China, Korea, Russia, Osama, Castro, they are all laughing their a sses off at the "Stupid Americans"

I hope they take California over, then watch the "Rich Liberals" run for the hills.

Can you just picture a whole bunch of "Grape Pickers" pitching a tent in front of Striesands house :singing: :singing:

Anyone lese notice that this rally of people from dirt poor corrupt countries will be held on May Day? Do not think for one minute that this is not an attempt to start this country down the Marxists highway, just look who is supporting them. DOllars to doughnuts that Hugo Chavez is behind this.

"We won't have to fire a shot, you will destroy yourselves from within"
Khrushchev as you know, said this to JFK.

If Communism ever should take over, the Liberals, the ACLU, The Uncle Teddy Gang and Diversity will be among the first things "TO GO".

How long do think Communism would put up with "Sex In The City" or "Seinfeld" :rocker:

This is probably the only issue that Mikey and I agree on 100%.

We've been cautioned at work about possible trouble with store closings and what not on Monday.

I cant see any other nation dealing with this in the pussyfooted way we are.

You mean the illegal immigration or the fact that they're having a rally?

That, funnily enough, is part of the problem. The people who complain the most in the UK about illegal and legal immigrants are too lazy to do the jobs themselves. The loudest complainer I know is a) racist and b) has admitted that her heart problem, which will eventually kill her, does not stop her from working. Somehow, she feels it justifies her not working. My tax pounds don't see the difference and to be honest I'll take the hard working immigrant, legal or not, every time.
The world would be a better place if we all looked at ourselves as the problem, rather than other people. If I don't get a job, I'm not looking hard enough. If illegal immigrants undercut me, I need to work harder at making myself more employable. If I vote for policies that cause poverty in other countries and force people to emigrate, then more fool me. If I vote for administrations who arm tyrannical dictators and force people to seek asylum, well, who's the stupid one? If people have crap wages at home, then it is hardly surprising that they go to richer countries and undercut the locals. At least those people have shown the willingness to get off their arses and seek a better life. No wonder they get jobs when lazy people don't.
BTW, I make it 5am ET. Aren't you up early for a Saturday?
