Director of Football Ops. Matt Caracciolo and Ops. Assistant Kevin Anderson. I was originally going to mention these two after the game, especially if the Pats win, but Belichick talked about them today so I thought I'd do the same. I'm not sure if any of you saw the Steelers' hotel requirements from last year, but I think that gives a good sense of what Football Ops. Directors have to arrange logistically every time the team travels. So just think about what Matt and Kevin had to do this past week, essentially moving the football operations out to the west coast as if it were the Super Bowl. As Belichick said today, some of the equipment they used this week was San Jose's, but most of it came over on the trip. So between Caracciolo, Anderson, the equipment people, and the trainers, there was a lot of logistics that had to be worked out, and Belichick seemed pleased today in his press conference with how it all turned out. Hopefully that means the team will be prepared to go out there and win Sunday night. And by the way, they'll have to do this all over again in December.
