I would have to think that it's like anything in life. In whatever we chose to do, we persue success. There's an inherrent persuit of accomplishment and greatness built into the fibers of anyone worth their salt. No matter how successful one becomes at something, they can always improve. This team is made up of people who are passionate about their profession. Imagine being great at something, then realize that you can be the sole icon of excellence in your field. Imagine the possibility of being the greatest ever, setting the bar of achievement so high no one can ever rival you. That must be the single most motivating thought anyone can feel.
