Interestingly Don Banks has Ellis Hobbs going 15th overall in the 2005 draft to KC if the draft was done over again and everyone knew what they know now. In addition, he still has us picking L. Mankins at 32....Not a bad draft for the Pats considering it was a weak year and the draft did not look to exciting for us at the time.

Nice to see. Hobbs, Mankins, and Kaczur (though not mentioned) were certainly solid and timely picks by the Pats.

The problem with that article is it's hard to judge players after only one season. Basically, every rookie who started for whatever reason for NFL teams (talent, injuries to starters, etc) made that list.
