Would we have beaten the Colts? After watching his play in the last 2 playoff games you have to wonder.

No doubt. Either of those guys puts us over the top. They get bigger as the games get bigger.

I realize all of the guys that weren't there but Seau is the guy who never gets mentioned and he's been a monster this year.

When we win the Big #4 he BETTER retire. We need some youth in that ILB course.

Boy that's a dumb statement. Nothing says we can't stock up anyway, AND have him on the team. If he gets outplayed, he gets outplayed in Training Camp.

I don't think you do. Was he going to cover Dallas Clark? Fletcher? Rhodes?
Our LB coverage was our weakness. That's why Alexander got so much playing time - in the hope that he could keep up with the TEs and RBs. Manning torched our D in the 2nd half and I don't think Seau would have changed that.

Maybe Seau would have been a factor in our Red Zone defense, but I think clearly Harrison was the big loss.

Yes, but Addai and Rhodes had great days as well. If we could have limited their ground game a little or pressured Manning more it would have helped. But point taken.
