There are some things, even on an internet message board, that should be taken as "real life". Here's one: racist remarks: such as making comment about the color of peoples skin- calling players 'pitch black'. How do you think that looks to players or players families who are viewing. You tried to "joke" it off by referring to a movie of that name.

But, I wish more people would have jumped this guy's ass to show that he is not welcome making those type of comments.

Again, I agree that what he said was wrong but had some people not gotten their panties in a bunch over a harmless thread it never would have came to that. Nobody that posted in that thread is innocent including myself.

So, let me get this straight. This message board is fantasy. It doesn't really exist. Its 1000's of members are all connected to one another like in the Matrix and we're all sharing the same dreams.

The FACT is that a message board is just as real as sitting in a room debating different topics with other people. There is a decorum to be followed. If you are going to post racist things or make slurs against a person's religion, you don't belong in here.

The problem is that too many people think that this is some fantasy world where rules don't apply to them.
