The sporting News projects Roth and Shaun Ellis coming to the Patriots. And Matt Light going to the Chiefs.

Roth may very well end up coming to the Pats as he does have 3-4 experience. That said, he hasn't had a lot of production with two different teams and probably will want a fairly good contract. I'm just not sure how much signing him adds to what we have.
