Random stat: I'm not sure this means anything, and the "except" below is a big one, but Super Bowl champion coaches since 1998 except Bill Belichick are now 2-13 in the playoffs since their win.

I wonder what BB's record is over that time. Also, you would start counting after the 2001 SB, right?

So....
2001 = Start Tracking
2002 = 0-0
2003 = 3-0
2004 = 3-0
2005 = 1-1
2006 = 2-1
2007 = 2-1

Total: 11-3 Since his first SB win

IMHO, it is just further indication of the large part LUCK plays in all this. #6 seeds beating #1 seeds is getting as common as USPS mail delivery.
