Can you come up with a few?

How about Lyingfraud? How about Runningvictim?

Typical, typical, typical democrat claims she was native american for self advancement.
Yes, yes the woman who said “I created much of the intellectual foundation for what they do,” when talking about occupy wall street.
Made the claim she is Pocohauntus to get minority status to climb the ladder is a fraud.
C'mon dems join in lets come up with the best phoney name for Princess Layabout.

Shared with a woman at work who trends Democrat and has a Native American grandmother and who has never tried to use that. She was disgusted with Warren.

Is it equally a "joke" that Bristol Palin's child is entitled to native american status and privleges in Alaska because his paternal great-grandmother was 1/4 Yupik Eskimo?

Genealogy is a funny thing, sometimes you are told one thing only to find something different..

When I grew up, my ancestors are Parkers, and they had a revolutionary gun with the name John Parker inscribed onto it... was always told that it was the gun used by John Parker of Lexington.. spent time in Lexington believing this myth and always bragged about it..

This year did some extensive work on my genealogy to pass it down to my son and nephews, and got stuck on the Parker side.. consulted with a professional genealogist, and after much research we found that John Parker was indeed a relative, but a different John Parker.. the one I was related to came from Coventry, RI and he was a captain (not as famous as the other John) in the Revolutionary War also.

There's a distinct difference in reciting your parents story, or telling some tale about a distant relative that your grandma told you, versus putting down on your documentation that you are indeed a _________. Only in the world of a cambridge moonbat, does your great, great, great grandma's 3% qualify you as a special needs deserving minority. But hey, remember, no one got rich on their own you know.

The health care is free - and is provided by the US Government to anyone with Native American status.

Bristol Palin's child, who is the great-great-grandchild of a woman who was 1/4 Native American, is receiving Native American health care benefits from the US Government.

Do you really think life happens in a vacuum, PR, or are you simply incapable of entertaining two or more thoughts in your head at the same time?

The "law" is relevent....past practice is relevent. In this case there seems to be almost identical relationships between Warren's claim to Native American blood and Tripp Palin's claim to Native American blood. In both cases it is almost non-existant. Yet Tripp is eligible for government sponsored programs - the US government considers him a Native American. Thus I would assume they would also consider Elizabeth a Native American, too.

    Or do you disagree?

Why? People play up their ancestry all the time. Marco Rubio, George Zimmerman, Santorum and his coal-mining grandfather, Obama and his single-mother-on-food-stamps, Mitt Romney and his immigrant grandfather/father, etc.

It's not right, it's not wrong, it just is. Smart people wade through it and figure out what's fudging the truth and what's an outright lie and vote accordingly.

Good point but that kind of supports a point I made the other day. If you're going to be critical of one side doing or not doing something then you have to be as critical when the other side acts out the same way.

If MrsP started a tread about Plain's indian status to get health care then sure as sh!t someone on the other side would be right on her heals about Warren. then would we get "but this thread is about Palin" from you? Just sayin

I generally agree with your last two paragraphs Mrs. This isnt a one side issue or the other...as you said it happens a lot.

As for the last paragraph, we shall see how much importance MA voters put into Warren's "stretch" on her ancestry.

I am roughly the same percentage Illini as Warren is Cherokee....however at no point in my 29 years have I claimed in any legal sense to be Native American, partial or otherwise.

Of course we wouldn't. This is because Pr's indian name is Liesaboutbeingamoderate.

Now since MrsP has been kind enough to point out where the Palins have received benefits for claiming slight Native America heritage would someone be equally kind to point out where Ms Warren has?
