You'll have to link to the image for us - was it a porn site with Herm rubbing out some hammy trouble?

No, no, a thousand times no. Go to the practice squad, vile thread.

Motivation is a fearsome thing!

Yeah, I've seen that. I believe that was right after Ty fed his family.

LOL
nice.

yeah why the hell are people suggesting this?

nobody here is qualified to say anything about this, but it's hilarious to read this crap.

my threads about poo had more substance than this.

Although I thought he was a terrible head coach, he would be a good secondary coach. This would be a nice addition.

Anything more than a tertiary job for him is too much.
But seriously, Tampa was all about the players. That killer D never made its way to Indy with Dungy.

True, but as DBs coach you'd only be coaching 4 positions compared to all 11. I wouldn't mind him coming in as DBs coach with his DB experience and ability to motivate. Our DBs could use a good kick in the pants.

Yeah, but those 4 positions need to gel with the other 7. It isn't like the secondary works autonomously from the rest of the defense. I would want my secondary coach to be well versed in the 3-4 and understand everyone's roles on every given play. Herm needs to know how the roles of the front 7 will affect his coverage schemes. It really isn't as simple as that since the secondary isn't part of the 3-4 part of the 3-4 defense that Edwards' lack of experience in the 3-4 isn't an issue. It may be an issue that is relatively easy to overcome, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Herm Edwards, Special Assistant in charge of game time clock management. That sounds about right.

Box, the depth of your posts have greatly increased since you discovered LOLcats. ;)

I thought Herm had some not too nice things to say about BB during the spygate hysteria. Can't see him in any capacity for the Pats.

I think you are misremembering. One of the only quotes from him I recall was him laughing it off as a big deal, saying his guys knew what was going on and would wave to the camera.
