With the changes in Photobucket and Imageshack, I find myself searching for a new way to store photos and videos on the web, and I'd prefer one that's camera upload friendly for use with dinner blogging photos. I'm looking for one that's free, doesn't demand a boatload of info that will be passed on to others, and has at least a decent amount of space for the user.

Any and all (on topic) suggestions would be appreciated.*

Imgur.com has always worked well for me and seemingly fits your criteria.

Actually, I mostly just want to host photos to post on the web for a laugh and photubucket turned into some horror show (does it even work now?)

Anyway, I don't know the capability of this, but it's simple and I don't evenlog in. I can host photos anonymously and post them, which is great for me.

    http://uploadingit.com/

from their website "It's more than just an ordinary file hosting site, Uploadingit.com has the features you need to upload, download, manage and share your images, videos, documents and more with ease. It's the way all file hosting sites should be."

If you're just looking for storage you can try Box. You get 10GB of storage free. I've never used it as I am a Google Drive user but I've heard good things.

I use both box.com and dropbox.com and prefer dropbox of the two. Google drive is just as good if not better but then I saw your note at the bottom.
