In my book this was always a second tier johnny-come-lately claymation holiday special... wasn;t there another lame one with the Baby New Year too - or was that one?

Rudoloph, Santa Claus is coming... etc. are the originals and the classics... they lost something when they sought to capitalize on their popularity with these knockoffs

of course, nothing beats Davey and Goliath for quality claymation
