I still believe the verdict is out on how good a coach he really is. Brian Billick won a championship in year 2 of his 9 year career. I'm not calling him great, but he worked with a great GM. I would agree Carroll is a good NFL coach (or at a minimum a very good GM). Let's see what happens when his top players on his title winning team bolt on him. Great coaches do more with less.
