Happy returns
Defensive linemen Richard Seymour and Johnathan Sullivan are present on the practice field for this afternoon's workout. Both have been on the team's physically unable to perform list.
Tight end Daniel Graham is also present, but in a red non-contact jersey. Graham has yet to practice in training camp.
The workout is being held in full pads. We'll be back in a bit with a full attendance.

More on Harrison
We'll be monitoring how much work Rodney Harrison does in this practice. The team has started with special teams work and Harrison is not participating in that part of the session. On the other end of the field, he is working on his backpedal and getting in and out of cuts. He has also tossed the football around with receivers Troy Brown and Bam Childress.
Harrison's left knee is covered with some form of black brace/sleeve. He appears to be moving well.

Harrison & Koppen
Rodney Harrison is running through the regular set of drills with his fellow defensive backs. Meanwhile, center Dan Koppen is another injured player who has returned to practice in full pads.
The team formally announced that five players are off the physically unable to perform list: Harrison, Koppen, defensive lineman Richard Seymour, defensive lineman Johnathan Sullivan, and cornerback Randall Gay.
Rookie free agent receiver Matt Shelton was placed on injured reserve.

'Pop 'em, Rodney!'
It didn't take long for spectators at Patriots training camp to realize safety Rodney Harrison was on the field for the first time since suffering a knee injury on Sept. 25, 2005 in Pittsburgh. As Harrison ran with the scout-team defense during a 7-on-7 session, a call was heard from the nearby stands: "Pop 'em, Rodney! Pop 'em!"
Harrison has been held out of some work in the practice, such as one-on-one coverage.
After the 7-on-7 session in which Harrison played safety, quarterback Tom Brady approached him on the field, jumped in the air, and butted helmets with him in excitement.
