Here's all I'll say about this: he's one of the ~160 players drafted in the first round in one of the last five drafts.

[He] is a player who will give his best effort in games and leave it all on the field. He will be mentally tough and will ignore the pain in order to keep playing. He enjoys the competitive aspects of the game and will try to punish opponents whenever he can. [He] will do everything he can to beat his opponent. He has very high expectations for himself and consistently feels that he can accomplish what he sets out to do on the field. This confidence results from many building blocks of positive past experiences on the field. He will step up his play to match the competition and will remain composed when the pressure is greatest. This self-confidence in his ability to execute on the field is a good indicator of probable future achievement in the NFL. [His] low Matrices score and slow mental quickness indicate that he will be slow in learning his playbook. He will need to continue showing a desire to improve in order to learn the details associated with his reads and responsibilities. If his position responsibilities are no more complex than he has experienced in the past, there are some indications that, with repetitions, he will be able to pick up what he needs to know. [He] feels that coaches have helped his performance. He will be receptive to their input and try to execute as they show him because he feels it helps him get to where he wants to go.

Weaknesses
When things aren't going well [he] can become openly critical of teammates. If he is respected as a player and seen as a team leader, his comments and actions can be constructive and motivational. If he is not respected and not viewed as a team leader his attitude and actions may be viewed as creating problems that interfere with the development of a strong team. [His] SIGMA responses suggest that he enjoys the nightlife a little too much, and that he may be prone to doing questionable things after partying that may
draw the attention of the police.

Can you provide more info on the test/evaluator? It seems fairly cookie-cutter/standardized.

What the heck is that writeup?? It looks like a consulting firm was hired to do mental profiles of certain players? It's clearly a cut-and-paste cookie cutter operation based on some standardized matrix. E.g., check out some of their insightful individual analysis of a 2008 1st-round defender not named Mayo:

"When things aren't going well XX can become openly critical of his teammates. If he is seen as a team leader, his comments will challenge everyone to get better and improve. If he is not viewed as a team leader, his approach may be seen as finger pointing and disruptive to the team."

I think that "~160" would be "159", if memory serves.

Hmm, a little creative searching finds more and more of these little personality assessments...and it's pretty clear they were not intended to be public. Oopsy-daisy, Mr. High-Priced Consulting Firm!

FWIW (not much, IMO) Kevin O'Connell will give great effort, be a terrific teammate and leader, and shows excellent mental quickness...but lacks confidence.

Makes you wonder what team commissioned them.
