I agree with Grogan here. He's calling 'em as he's seeing 'em.

Those are pretty tough grades from Grogan. I guess his delivery of kool-aid hasn't arrived yet.

I just got a new case in the mail, so he can have some of mine. :D

I actually like his grades. It was the first game, and they will improve.

grades are always a function of the curve, so a b- in that game for the pats implies a lot of f's around the league....

whatever the grade last week, he's right about one thing; they'll have to bring a better game on sunday, but i kind of think they already know that.

The curve here is what's important. I gave the offense an A/A-. However, my curve is based on what to expect from a QB who hasn't played for 90 weeks and coming off of knee surgery. What was encouring was the progression from the first half to the second to the last five minutes.

By the last quarter, TB really started stroking it and was getting close to vintage Brady.

If he carries the last five minutes forward, the process will wildly exceen my expectations.

That also went a long way toward solving the pressure problem. On the Schoebel sack, it occurred 4.7 seconds into the play with TB not stepping up but into the sack.
