The Patriots are such good cheaters that they broke rules that weren't even made yet. :bricks:

Goodell couldn't figure out how to make the rule retroactive.

Good God, can we stop posting every mother******* Spygate article? Bunch of masochists around here.

Doyel doesn't grasp the difference between fact and opinion. No wonder he went into journalism...

I took the time to read a portion

somebody pissed in his wheaties.....from the sounds of it, he didn't like the taste

just another guy making bruschi's point for him

This guy and Rob Parker should start a show together about their anti-patriots/anti-boston views.

Jealous losers.

I had a hard time with this thread. Should it be kept on the main forum, merge it with the already too long Harbaugh thread that is already down to the bottom of the front page, or move it here to the PS.

This is no offense to the OP, but enough *** **** threads are enough and every minor writer does not deserve the attention of having a thread on the main forum just to :deadhorse:

And this is the reason I advocate that the NFL fines any HC who brings up anything negative about another team, no matter the intentions.

The frustrating thing is after 5 years most people including mediots still don't even understand what we did let alone how it related to what all teams and coaches do. We didn't do anything secretly. Our crack video interns were not disguised or filming with invisible stealth cameras... And coaches change up their signals game to game since everyone in the stadium can see and make note of them. We were using avaiable technology to make data collection and eventual analysis easier when looking for trends - which all teams scout future opponents for. But the media use of the term spy in order to make a catchier gate out of their storyline and the over reaction from a rookie commissioner and the jealous peers on the Competition Committee on whom he relied for guidance spun a simple technical rules violation of a poorly written memo into something that had to be bigger because look at the penalty and the outrage... They don't grasp that the bulk of it was tied to defiance and it was in no small part fueled by jealousy.

I guarantee if you asked or challenged Doyle he'd tell you well, we also taped at least one teams walkthrough, we only won our championships by 3 points and our D seemed to used to know the other teams offensive audibles...

By and large, people are sheep and moreso than ever mediots are just your average people desperately trying to carve out a niche in an increasingly competitive environment.

This is why Pats fans have to move on, as Bill has. Our persistent outrage just gives the sheep something else to bleat about.

And with that, lock this thread.

i agree. we know more about liegate than the media does so why bother reading any more of their nonsense. until someone has new information or can prove the pats used the tapes in the same game and the other teams never changed their signals i personally won't be reading any more of their garbage.
