Amish families exempt from insurance mandate

This bill looks more and more nutty by the day. How many people are legally going to claim a "religious conscience" exemption if they decide to opt out of the healthcare insurance mandate? And how would the courts prove otherwise? Looks like a nice loophole to me.

I expect it will also apply to Christian Scientists and others I haven't thought of yet. How do you challenge the veracity of someone's religious beliefs without opening Pandora's box??

One the "religious objections" card can be played, I believe it is "game over".
