normally i sit in the high seats, where security doesnt really care about, but due to everyone bailing from the weather, ive acquired seats within earshot of mangina.
i am likely to be without a voice by the second quarter, as i have quite a bit of things to say to the mangina (just about every swear i know, and maybe some new ones), but will this get me booted?

    Don't be an idiot.

Yell at Mangini all you want, no need for profanity.

I am sure the guy there with his 9 year old daughter would not be too pleased to hear you blast out a string of "F" bombs. Plus, the guy that gave you your seats would lose his season tix as security drags your sorry ass out of there.

    Be cool man.

You can say things. You know where to draw the line. Early let him know how you feel. Or wait until late when the pink hats are running for the lot to beat the traffic. Then let em have it.

    Rat fink deserves it.

Btw you would have to be totally out of control for someone to kick you out. I scream all the time and everyone around me does also.

I sit in the 200's. Have for years , never had a problem.

just don't swear...NOBODY ANYWHERE can stop you from screaming "Rat!!~!" all day long...as I will be doing as long as I draw breath Sunday.

Despite my sometimes coarse attitude on this board there isn't anything I wouldn't do to help out a fellow fan. I only have TWO hang-ups I'll never shake.

One is, I HATE child molesters. They have no reason to exist in civilized society.

Two is, I despise rat, stoll pigeon, fink scumbags...the only thing lower than a child predator.

Ok.. so the chances of MangIdiot hearing your particular cat calls are what? Shall we say three to one he hears even a sylable from you?

Actually what would be really cool is for everyone to utter the same "boo" type word.... like "Judas"... but in this case "Juuuuuudasssss" (Kindof like when Bruce Springsteen plays... you really hear that "Bruuuuuce"

Of course, their not booing for Bruce - but they would be for ManJudas.

Really low like a boo - really make it resonate!

Makes a lot more sense than 60,000 people insulting his mother in different ways all at the same time. After all, you and the people immediately around you are the only ones who are going to hear you otherwise.

We're talking about a football game here, not Woodstock. There are a few drunks, but mostly just buzzed people having a good time. It's not like the fight-a-minute environment at the old Sullivan Stadium. I find Gillette more or less wholesome and acceptable for kids, and I know the Krafts strive for a family-friendly environment.

Disney On Ice, on the other hand, scares the hell out of me for it's sheer stupidity.

My father took me to the games starting when I was 10 years old...this included the old Schaeffer Stadium. He wasn't stupid...far from it. He did create a rabid Patriots (and football) fan. Not only did he take me to the game, he taught me the game. So don't be so sure a 9 year old doesn't understand some of the game or has a desire to learn the game.

    Wouldn't you rat on a child molester?:D

Secondly, outside the realm of football, "Ratting" is our moral obligation. If we see someone breaking the law, we call the police. Personally, I take a lot of pride in this responsibility.

But the kind of ratting Mangini is guilty of is absolutely unforgiveable!

It is the people who make Gillette a bad environment for children who are the idtiots....how did you get that backwards? Football games are NOT AN EXCUSE TO GET DRUNK...or did you somehow miss that?

My GF's brother brought his wife and 4 year old son to the Cleveland game because we were in NH. No problems at all, but then again it's the same season ticket holders that sit around us and we know they're not asses. Her nephew had a blast. The downside is that since then every time we're heading out for a game, he's all bummed out. He'll be going to the Miami game next week though.

Ignore fgssand's advice and then see who's a loser and no longer has his/her season tickets!

The Krafts have made it clear they want a family friendly environment and would hapilly kick anyone calling some drunk idiot calling people a douche bag out of the stadium, take away their season tickets, and rescind their rights as an official Patriot fan as they lower the bell curve for the rest of us.

This is to the complete losers posting here who advocate swearing and tossing snowballs. Go find another team to root for. You won't be missed. The Phins and Jets need fans. You'd fit right in with Jets New Joisey style low life culture.

If you had any upbringing and the sense to come in out of the rain (well, I guess that 2nd one doesn't apply to Sunday) you'd realize that the Krafts are really adamant about creating a family friendly atmosphere at Gillette. And before you start going all Internet Tough Guy in response, yeah, I went to games at the old stadium and went theough all kinds of fan experiences there.

Me, I intend to leave hoarse after yelling RATS! cheers and whatever abusing the perfidious Jets for 60 minutes Full Tilt Full Time. But I won't be offending any families.

It's a damn shame that people like you make other people not want to bring their kids to enjoy a football game.

And so what if the kids don't know every X and O that goes on? Doesn't mean they don't deserve to enjoy the game as much as anyone else.

I'll never understand why some people can't just enjoy their team, they have to bring down everyone else to make themselves feel better.

Do you realize that people worry about kids seeing your behavior because you're setting a bad example? Parents don't want their kids to grow up to be like you. Who would?

Not to worry - the Krafts want kids there. It's called fan cultivation as the Krafts are actually smart enough to realize that 9 year olds grow up to be paying customers themselves.

That's why they wouldn't think twice about tossing out guys like PatsWorldChamps!

As for snowballs, I can't believe some people would be glad to see Mangini hit with a few. Okay, you don't like what he did to BB and the Pats. So I guess that makes it okay for someone he's never met to throw a possibly dangerous projectile from some unknown place where he won't see it coming. Consider that his back will be to the stands for most of the game. Will you feel proud to be a Patriots fan is somebody pegs him on the back of the head with a snowball? With the rain and sleet expected, the snowball is likely to be hard and compacted. He's likely to get a concussion.

People dont' have perfect aim either. What is a snowball goes astray and hits some trainer who's just doing his job. Those sidelines are pretty crowded. Will you feel good about it then?

How's this for a scenario? Drunken idiot fans throw snowballs at Mangini and other members of the Jets, causing the Jets to fear for their safety. The Jets leave the field, and the Patriots forfeit the game, thus ending a perfect season.

People, don't be stupid. Even if you hate Mangini with a passion, just be cool for the other 99% of Patriot fans with a brain in their head.
