Really surprised at no Mankins, among others.

Congrats to both! Both well deserved. Good to see Ghost who got a lot of undeserved criticism early in his career primarily because he wasn't Vinatieri get some positive recognition.

Unfair as it may be, I'll bet our sacks allowed total pretty much screwed our O-Line as far as pro bowls are concerned this year.

Moss (with 10 TD receptions) trails only Boldin in the entire NFL and doesn't make the pro bowl? Garbage.

Happy that Ghost and Welker got their props. Disappointed at the lack of Mankins, Moss, Wilfork, and Mayo, but oh well.

im happy for welker and ghost,

but i thing that makins and mayo deserves also a trip

I was surprised to see only Two Patriots.

Wes and Ghost congrats you earned it.

Hard to Believe Moss isn't in their. Mankins deserved it. and I think Big Sey should have too.

Congrats to Welker and Gostkowski. Well deserved.

Brett Favray made it over Rivers.... that is embarrassing for the league. Cassel should've even been ahead of Favray.

I think the structure of the AFC Pro Bowl is a real problem. All the DEs are 4-3 guys and the OLBs are 3-4 pass rush specialists who would play DE in a 4-3. Guys like Seymour, Ngata, Aaron Smith and Shaun Ellis didn't really get a fair chance at making the team. The AFC should just be a 3-4.

all anyone cares about in the front seven is sacks.

Haha... we have as many Pro Bowlers as the Raiders. Booooooo

Remember--anyone selected in the initial announcement is a Pro Bowler, as is anyone who actually goes. So there's still hope for our other favorites. :)

2009 Pro Bowl rosters
welker is not a starter. and somehow brett favre is ahead of phillip rivers.
al faneca ?

Edit:no mayo either ..

It really does seem the Pats need to go 16-0 to get many voted in.

Congrats to Welker and Ghost though. Both well deserved.

Jets send seven to the Pro bowl.

That is a franchise record for the Jets.

win 4 more games, then lose and the Pats send one more --- the coach. This season hat would be a damn good accomplishment.

Welker and Ghost deserve it, good for them

Favre making it over Pennington is a frigging disgrace.
