    I agree with Bush on this. If they want to have a SMALL program for LIMITED, NECESSARY care for legitimitely needy kids - fine - but we don't need some new monster program for all kids for all their health care, big and small.

    Just like social security it should be a real safety net not a monster program for everyone.

    You posted this the other day.

    The problem is not the program, it's that they want to increase taxes to pay for it's expansion. Maybe they should cut all the earmakrs and pet projects to pay for it. Maybe axe those subsidies for spinich farmers, that million bucks to an unknown company, and that bridge to nowhere.
