Did GB give out the "blueprint" for how to beat the pats? I know, they lost, but came close, obviously.

Not every team has the personnel to play tight man to man, maybe.

This is good though...maybe buffalo and miami will play that way and give the boys some practice with inside blitzes and tight man to man...

I would have thought that the 2 TEs would help with this.

Also what happened to old fred taylor? Is he injured again?

Everyone knows how to beat the Pats. Kepp Brady off the field, and get pressure up the middle when hes on the field, but not everyone can execute it.

Rodney Harrison said that a couple of weeks ago. We could have ran all night on them. Just didn't have the ball. Running more, and screens to Woody will torch most man teams. Like it did to the Jets.

Maybe I was wrong about Taylor. Maybe he is of no use. Sucks, I thought he still looked good in the preseason

Not every team has one shutdown corner and one excellent corner like GB does, I also think the Pats hurt themselves with so many long 3rd down plays, I dont care how good your offense or how good the opposing defense is converting 3rd and longs is extremely difficult to do.

brady himself has said there is no secret how to beat the pats. he said on his radio shows, the miami teams of the early 2000s and the SB42 giants showed the blueprint.pressure with 4 and up the middle and play tight man coverage.
i think in the playoffs, balt is the only team which i think can consistently do that

This blueprint stuff is crap. What the Packers did last night wasn't new. Several teams over the years have been successful pressuring Brady exactly the way the Packers did last night while many more have tried to do exactly what the Packers did and failed miserably.

Any defensive coordinator with half a brain knows you can get to Brady if you pressure him up the middle. Only about 2-3 teams in the NFL have the front seven who can do it remotely like the way the Packers did last night.

This is why no one has copied the "blueprint" that the Giants drew up in the Super Bowl. Because to successfully implement that blueprint, you need players like Strahan, Tuck, and Umenyura.

Leonardo DiCaprio has given every single guy in the world the blueprint to date supermodels. Unfortunately, only a handful of guy can actually follow the blueprint of looking like DiCaprio and being as rich and famous. But hey, we all know how to do it though.

Taylor is not injured. He is #4 on the depth chart.

ESPN game out the plan last week. In order to beat the Patriots you need to score more point than them.

Ummmm..... does anyone realize we had the ball for only 19 minutes and we scored 31 points? yes 7 from D I know.

Wouldn't really call that a blueprint.

24 pts on 44 plays and 19 mins for offense, seems productive.

For any team if you don't get off the field on 3rd down your defense will be on the field longer and your offense will get less chances. Yesterday wasn't a blueprint and was nothing new or something we haven't seen before. Pats didn't seem up for the game and brought their 'C' game at best but still pulled it out. Obviously if the Pats are going to go deep into the playoffs there going to need to bring their 'A' game and I'm sure they will.

Patriots actually have more sacks than the Ravens.

Yeah, and the blueprint is: have the best defense in the league and try to limit them to 31 points.

There isn't a single team in the NFL that can apply pressure and cover in every play like the Packers do.

I would deduct the 7 points on the kick-off too. Yes, the offense scored.......from the 4.

I was pondering the same question...but blueprints don't mean much without the right talent/personnel.

I didn't think they stopped us all the well. I just think the Offense was off the field because our defense couldn't stop the Packers. You can't score when your not on the field, thats the blueprint to stop any good offense.

didn't the pats loose twice this year....................I`m kinda confused 0_o

if they've lost twice and haven't changed much how is a close game the blueprint and not 1 of the losses

I was also thinking that the dink and dunk offense was working to GB's benefit, as opposed to having a score-athon, so having the back up QB wasn't all that bad for them.

Speaking of blueprints, I was surprized that the Steelers did not keep up their blitzing, seemed that worked well for them.

And if we see the Jets again, I would think thing they would concentrate on the run game, and have Sanchez only throw on play action.
