I have a Foxboro Resident pass for the SF-Niners game.

Hopefully, others here have them or have used them.

    A few questions:

    1. My car does not have Mass plates. Does that matter? Will the cops stop me?

    2. The ticket says it allows me North street entrance. Does it allow me North street exit after the game?

    3. Where is the reserved parking?

    Thanks in advance.

No idea, but I would bring something proving you're a resident -- like a drivers license, electric bill, etc. as its possible for a resident to be driving an out of state vehicle.

If you're not a resident, then you're probably cheating the system. If that's the case, then I hope they don't allow you in; and they prevent the owner of the pass from keeping it as they've likely broken the rules.

    Thanks.

It would be nice to hear from folks who have experience with this.

    Go Pats.

Foxboro residents have the opportunity to purchase parking passes in advance. They still pay the $40 per game, they just pay it up front. Reserved parking is off the North Street entrance. You can gain access to that lot off the main drag, Route one, and access North Street off of RT. 1 also. If you go in via 140 or Chestnut street..odds are you will encounter the police stationed at the end of North Street and your pass inspected
As far as you using a Foxboro Residents Pass and not being from Foxboro....call the local police Dept or the Foxboro Town Hall and just ask them outright if it can be transferred.
You can gain access to North Street up to 4 hours before the game without being hassled by the cops....and I don't believe they stop you at the gate entrance off of North Street as long as the pass is hanging off your rear view mirror in clear view.

I've been to 2 games this year, and I've parked in the lots at local businesses, but Ive wondered if the stadium lots require a prepaid pass, or if they are open to anyone who tries to enter and pays the cost. I suspect it is a combination of the 2. What do they charge?

My father is a Foxboro Resident and Season ticket holder so we use the access road for every game.

All you need is your pass and you will be all set. No requirements on a mass plate as You could be a foxboro resident car pooling in an out of state plate.

The beauty of this pass is that you dont have to go on Route 1 and thus you avoid any traffic (other then highway traffic). Not sure where you are coming from and you should look into your own directions but if you use Exit 8 off 95 heading toward Foxboro you will see signs directing you to the North Street Entrance.

Funny question but yes they will let you exit via the access road as well but be sure you still have the car pass visable as you exit.

The Foxboro Resident lot is located between the Practice bubble and the Bed Bath and Beyond. Which if you are looking at the Stadium from Rte 1 is the rear right corner of the stadium and the lot is located about 150-200 yards from the stadium.

FYI, With this lot we have been able to get home before Belichick even takes the podium for his post game pressers.

Wow. Thanks for that. That's exactly what I needed to know. I'll be coming from the South on 95 and will indeed take Exit 8.

FYI in case anyone gets their hands on a Foxboro resident parking pass, it worked like a dream. Even though I have NJ plates, I got right in and ironically parked next to another car with NJ plates. Very convenient and easy in and out of the Stadium parking lot.

Now if only the Pats had cooperated to the same extent last night.....

FWIW - One has to be a Foxboro resident AND a season ticket holder to obtain the passes and utilize the foxboro resident lot.

Every year, we have to prove our residency as the passes with our tickets are mailed to the address on file, with no forward option. So, if anyone were to move, unless they notify the Patriots ticket office, you'll never see the tickets.

They have an entire verifiable process to handle moves from within Foxboro ( I just went through it), not an issue, I was very impressed with the way I was treated and the way they handle things at 1 Patriot Place.

That's true when we're talking about obtaining the passes from the team. But if you buy a pass on the secondary market, the folks at the checkpoint don't check to see if the owner of the pass is a Foxboro resident.

My point is that if you obtain a pass from a Foxboro resident, you're able to uitilize it even if you are not one.

For those of us facing a 3-4 hour ride home after a game, the ability to get back onto 95 in about 10 minutes is HUGE.
