In my user control panel I have one of each of them, each being a thread I have post in. I have no idea what this means. Can someone knows the board or a mod tell me what it is?

Subscribed threads are just threads you've posted in lately.

For reputation, other posters can click on the little scale in the upper-right hand corner of the post, and then give the poster positive/negative reputation and a comment.

The number of positive/negative reputations you've received determines the color of your little square under your location/post count.

It takes about 5 positive reputation points to get it to green, but 1 negative will put it back at blue/grey. 5 negative will put it at red.

Thanks for the info.

I don't think the reputation thing has worked in some time.
1st post spam slingers always have a "on a distinguished road" reputation.

It says that I'm and "unknown quantity at this point".

Now, that is totally wrong. Everyone knows that I'm an *******.
