    HAHA you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who considers W and HW actually fiscal convservatives. Ditto for Regan. W especially, he's done NOTHING fiscally conservative except the tax cuts.

    Bill Clinton wasn't a tax and spend liberal first of all, and second of all, he never had a surplus. That being said, there is no way, shape, or form that GW should be considered a fiscal conservative. A neo-conservative, not a fiscal one.
