I'd like to give the F and B a shot. They seem to know about everything that's wrong with the team, so I assume they know how to fix it.

I assume their first moves would be to fire BB and Pioli. Trade Brady and a 1st round pick to Green Bay for Brett Favre.

Hire Tony Dungy as the head coach, because lets face it, he's a nice guy.
