Fantasy Football sign up soon - Where should I go?

I have not played Fantasy Football for 13 years since playing 1 season in the Sporting News contest in 1994 and need a little helpful insight as sign ups have begun for the 2007 season and I don't want to be a last minute member.

Any suggestions on where to sign up and a system that is relatively easy to understand their rules and regs?

I want a company/site that is made up of ALL 4 of my requirements as follows:

1) Cheap to sign up and play
2) Easy system for trading/ommiting players
3) Low cost to join
4) Decent Prizes and a good long list of runner up prizes (at least 25 runner up winners) after the champion is announced.

Fantasy football is fun and even better if the place you sign up makes it that way.

Any Ideas?
