I think i'm getting to the point where i've seen everything. In one of the more bizzare things i've ever read the parents claim their constitutional rights have been denied because the schools will not physically restrain their children.

Obviously most people here including myself would think that its their responsability not the schools.

The parents, within their suit, said they were deprived of their right to "maintain the integrity of the family,' and that their minor children were deprived of the right to be "free from educational abuse and neglect."

U.S. Magistrate Judge Kenneth P. Neiman, in dismissing the case, said the parents had not proven that the school department's failure to hold their children in their classrooms and schools deprived the two families of their constitutional rights....

These people think that the schools are suppose to be responsable for thir kids, their not. Everytime i read the article it got crazir, the lawyer sounds like he went got his degree on line and may also be a dentist and a real estate agent also.

Isn't that a contradiction? You're right, these parents are loony.

That's an insult to dentists and real estate agents everywhere. And If the school had restrained their kids, the parents and the ACLU would have been all over them..How about a little personal responsibility?????
