Can't make it up, apparently favoring large Corp feedlots for Cattle over smaller locally owned operations. Crony Capitalism strikes again.

EPA Declares Hay a Pollutant in Effort to Antagonize Small and Mid-Sized U.S. Cattle Feeders

Once again the reliance on a right wing blog is apparently the truth for very lazy posters.. while they salivate in an effort to post disengenuous articles, they miss the obvious.

Do you understand what this means, instead of storing hay in a place away from the feedlots that have the beef cattle standing in a foot of cow shyt, they want to keep the hay in the aforementioned shyt. Hay becomes a pollutant if it is stored in cow shyt.

The hay that is soaked in cattle shyt, is then fed to the cattle ergo a pollutant. Most folks would probably not prefer to eat beef from cattle that was fed hay that was soaked in cow shyt.

Do you know anything about the food chain and what happens in feed lots???

A Cattleman's blog is right wing? :singing:

Point is the EPA is selectively enforcing a new rule (why not the USDA BTW) against family owned feed yards and not enforcing the same standards for Big Corp run feed yards.

    Proof for the other claims?

You made the contention, you provide the proof.. suspect that the big yards keep their hay out of the cow shyt.. ain't all that difficult.

Everyone who is held accountable feels as though they are selectively prosecuted, the easy answer is to do the right thing for the people who rely on your beef.. unfortunately, they do not so they need oversight.

Everyone should do the right thing, but they do not.

Maybe you and your family like beef that was fed with hay laced with beef shyt.. but mine tries to avoid this.

Funny, from the thread title I would have thought the point was about it being declared a pollutant.

Is there an unbiased source citing the bias toward large corporations, or just the smaller guy (Callicrate) who claims he's being persecuted unfairly?

Not sure why they are not involved.. but that does not detract from the overall issue.. what is interesting is that if you google this there is no news for this person or this event.

    Stranger than fiction...
