Sounds about right..not surprised..I am sure the picks will be split down the middle in the media too.
That will go down....by 1 at game time......and not justified.
I am seeing -9
Giants vs. Patriots Betting Line - Latest Over/Under Odds
edit...oops... that was regular season
Before I checked the line, I would've guessed Giants by 3.
I don't see how we are the favorites... Lets hope Eli's second trip is like his brothers second trip.
I wasn't expecting that line.
I just hate the way we match up against this team. Never mind the fact that Eli is playing better than any QB alive right now.
They even have guys to match up with Hernandez and Gronk -- Phillips and Boley.
Pats should not be favored.
I am very surprised that the Pats are favored by even that much.
Eli had 58 passes today. We are not the best match for that.
Brady and BB are the reason for the -3 , but I can easily see the Pats going in as the underdog..
We need to be 3-7 dogs here. How the EFF is Bill gonna run the "Parade route down 5th Avenue" speech unless we are significant underdogs?????
GB should have beaten the giants.. GB puked all over themselves. SF completely and utterly shut the giants down. I know SF has a great defense but the giants did nothing against them. 2 turn overs cost them the game.
If Rob Gronk plays we will win. If Rob Gronk doesnt play we will lose.
Could care less if they are favored or underdog....BB will have the same strategy DO YOUR JOB !
Superbowl = lot's of uneducated gamblers coming out of the blue to throw some bucks down. So to some extent, brand name alone might driving a few points towards the Pats.
Because there is absolutely no reason that the Pats should be favored in this one. This line will drop.
actually it is anywhere from Pats -1 to Pats -3, depending on the casino:

Could you explain to me how the Patriots shouldn't be favored? The 49ers handed the game to the Giants on a platter. If we are lucky to be playing in the SuperBowl, New York is even luckier. We have had the better, most consistent team all season long, there's no rationale behind the Pats being underdogs here.
