It's easy, and only takes a few moments. As much of a disappointment as he has been lately, I still wouldn't get rid of Papelbon if I was the Sox. When he's got his head on straight, he's one of the better closers in the league.
Yeah but closers struggling in baseball scare me. Usually once you see a closer lose his stuff, its gone. We've certainly done worse than Papelbon but the guy is not the same guy, I don't care what anyone says. honestly for the last 2 years its been a journey everytime the guys takes the mound. I can't see this getting better before it gets worse, JMO. I realize Papelbon hasn't been "terrible" but he's not close to as automatic as he once was.
pedroia out 3 to 8 weeks with a broken foot
Can't catch a break. Started the day tied with the Rays. Hopefully, the rest of the team can pick up the slack while he's out.
what is up with Ellsbury? How do you stay out almost 3 months from cracked ribs
It is hard to believe that Pedroia is out and what is up with Ellsbury? How do you stay out almost 3 months from cracked ribs
You don't.
He broke 3 ribs, came back, and then broke DIFFERENT ribs. Its a completely different injury.
Are you sure they were broke? I haven't heard anything about them being broken, but I could be wrong.
Yeah, its been reported like 6000 times by 600 different news outlets. If you haven't heard it, you've been ignoring it.
