Draft Grades that MATTER...after 3 years

I find draft grades right after a draft to make no sense. Who knows what will happen. So I suggest we greade the team on 2005, where players have had 3 years:

Looks like we got 3-4 starters with one pro bowler. Hard not to give at least a B+ if not higher (I'd go A if there was an impact player there), especially considering that unlike teams like San Diego, NE was last or late in every round. I did not factor in stockpiling drafts for the next year or players instead of draft picks (Moss, Welker situation).

Baltimore's draft could have been excellent ... if they had kept Derek Anderson.

Chargers draft is crazy... Merriman is on pace for the hall-of-fame, Castillo is an All-pro, Jackson's potential is through the roof, Sproles is an amazing kick-returner and a great 3rd down back... we have Britt and from what I hear can be the next good lineman in New England if he gets his chance.
