I have one random pick to add that won't count as part of my 10: Jeremy Trueblood T Boston College

Ahriman,
tell me if I'm wrong... That looks like ancient Sumerian. I'm a little rusty... does that say "Restore Ur-Nammu", or something like that?

Indeed, it is Sumerian. You're on the right track. It simply means "Freedom" or "Freedom from slavery". It is the ama-gi. It is thought of, by some, as the first time a symbol was used to mark the concept of freedom.

Edit: And I very much doubt i'll be seeing a mazda or any other type of deity. It's good to know there is another scholarly mind on the board though.

Just got back from Vegas and I'm ready to play any game that doesn't cost me any money!

Edited, changes in red, inexplicably swapping out 2 old favorites...but still predicting no picks in the second half of the alphabet.

Alright, after weeks of serious thought and introspective, moving of my draft stacks and one very messy white board, here is my entry. I'm going to try to hit two for the first three picks, I know I will miss on some, but hopefully that will ensure some hits.

Kamerion Wimbley DE/OLB
Manny Lawson DE/OLB

Maurice Drew RB
Jason Avant WR
Greg Eslinger C
Oliver Hoyte ILB

How about 10 1st day, and 10 2nd day as the tie breaker? (seeing as the best of us will only get 1 or 2)
Ok, for my final update (at least 'til tomorrow)-
Manny Lawson
C. Griffen
Haas
PJ Daniels
A. Smith
T. Hill
S. McClover
B. Williams
A Jennings
B. Oshinowo

Any corrections that I make on Monday will be to correct, erm, cough, typographical mistakes. :D

I think I'm wrong about us not taking a receiver, but I can't for the life of me work out which ones we would go for.

Hmmm . . . here goes nothing, in alphabetical order:

Joseph Addai
Jeremy Bloom
Brett Elliott
Chris Gocong
Stephen Gostkowski
Chad Greenway
Mike Hass
Spencer Havner
Richard Marshall
Maurice Stovall

And if we get an 11th pick (since the Pats have 11 right now), I'll say Troy Bergeron in a WTF-style flyer at the end. :)
