It points to the bloated inneffective military industrial complex, layers upon layers of employees, who do not know what they are doing and what others are doing.. and as a consequence have too much time on their hands..

Maybe I am stupid, but thought there were filters on gov't computers that did not allow this type of access???...

Thank god that liberal rag, the Boston Globe initially reported this story on 6/23...

Yeah - especially since the investigation began in 2002 and most of the cases have already been adjudicated.

Goverment computers will not go to any porn sites, hell they won't even go to youtube. So they must have been accesing it on laptops or at home.

Again - this investigation began in 2002 - and went back a few years. I have no idea where governmental computers could go 10 years ago so it's possible.

It's also possible that the investigation suddenly being resurrected is the reason that government computers can't access certain sites.

It's also possible that people have just grown the hell up now that The Internet is 10-15 years older than it was then and employers of all sorts, private and public, are alot more savvy about tracking usage.
