Schlesinger agrees to deal with Dolphins

Twelve-year veteran fullback Cory Schlesinger, who played his entire career with the Detroit Lions before becoming an unrestricted free agent two weeks ago, has reached agreement with the Miami Dolphins on a two-year contract.

Financial details of the deal were not immediately available. Schlesinger visited with Miami officials last week.

I didn't even know the guy was a FA. Excellent signing by the fins, IMO he's the best blocking back in the NFL. A few years ago, the team gave him an award for most broken facemasks.

You got a good one there Aqua. I wish the Patriots would have went after him but he really doesn't fit into our offense.
