He must've watching the news about Vick.
Boy thoses police in Tennassee sure are sharp. The police belive it was an accident,no charges were filed.DUH the dud was shot by his dog ,who nocked a pistal off a table.
What would they do? ...ten years in the pound?
HAHAHAHAHLOL GOOD ONE. :rocker:
Tried by a jury of his peers??
Doggone it, that is funny...
It would be really woof on the owner if he didn't recover. Someone would REALLY be in the doghouse...
Meanwhile here in NH a guy is blaming his cat...
Nah, I think the girlfriend tried to kill him, and blamed it on the dog... It would take alot for a gun to go off when it hit the ground... Most have safety features for that, and who keeps a gun on the nightstand without the safety on in the first place...
Yeah I really think your on to something. It was so bizzare sounding I just went with the story,I mean those sharp tenn. police seemed to have it covered. But no that you mention it it's not that easy for a gun just to go off,buy falling off a table no matter what type. Unless it was a revolver, or exposed hammer auto with the hammer co*ked safety off.
A true gunman wouldn't leave the hammer ****ed with the safety off just laying on the nightstand like that... Safety is always preached and constant when handling a weapon.
I know this is TN and they are country folks, but come one... The weapon would have to hit the ground at a precise spot and the man would have to be practically right on top of the weapon because I don't see it hitting the barrel and the weapon going off or even slapping the mag and it goes off... The whole thing sounds suspicious... I wouldn't be surprised if he was abusing her or something, and she got tired of it and shot him...
There's a Darwin Award Email going around that claims a guy woke to a ringing telephone and picked up his gun to answer it. The message went in one ear and out the other.
I'm with you that something is suspicious. But I know weapons have been dropped and have gone off. We don't know what type of pistol it was, what was the condition(was the sear worn down where it engaged the trigger) for example. We don't know anything about the owner, and how responsable he was with firearms. I made fun of the cops in my first post on this thread, but they must have looked at the angle of trajectory to determine where the shot was fired from. Again like you i think the story sounds very shakey, but we don't know all the facts of the case
Guns don't kill people. Dogs kill people.
Thats very clever, and clever is dangerous. We'll be keeping an eye on you.H.L.S
