With Hernandez injury, and from what I'm reading, it's pretty bad, do the Pats bring in Kellen Winslow Jr. now ? Or other TE's/WR's, or is Fells ready and could Salas be our Hernandez fill in ?

Winslow failed his physical, so I doubt that anything has happened to make him be able to pass it now.

My God do I hope not. If he had any heart Tampa would have kept him and if he had any talent Seattle would have.

I thought it was reported he didn't.

Salas is 40 pounds lighter than Hernandez, so no, he can't fill in there. Fells might, but he's way slower - the man runs a 4.95 second 40. Brady ran that in his Senior Season in Michigan.

I'd rather have Gaffney or Branch if we're bringing in a free agent.

He can't be any worse than Oompa Loompa or whatever his name is. I'd prefer Branch and/or Gaffney though. And Waters obviously
