Rudy pretends to be a diehard Yankees fan but now he's trying to be a Red Sox fan, anyone else hear him say that?

    What a tool.

He is a die hard Yankees fan. So he said that he was rooting for the Red Sox, big deal - maybe he's going for American League loyalty or maybe he doesn't like the Rockies. Most likely, it's because he's campaigning up here. In the scheme of things though, that's very very very minor.

Didn't his NY detractors do a big deal on the amount of time he spent at Yankee Games after 9-11, in fact seem to remember that he spent more time at Yankee Games than he did at Ground Zero. Despite him claiming otherwise.

A lot of old schoolers root for the league their team is from when their team gets bounced. Like many old school traditions, Generation X doesn't follow that same logic. I don't, but I know lots of old timers that do in all sports. They'll root AFC in football, Eastern in Hockey, and East in the NBA. When my team is bounced, I root for the team that has players who have never won, and I'd like see win. A part of me actually rooted for the Lakers a couple of years ago cuz I wanted to see Karl Malone get a ring. GRRR! Anyhow, if he goes to Colorado and says the same then he's a total douche.

Too long is an understatement. We're over a year away and it feels like the election should be next week. Go away!

I don't know about you guys but whenever the Yankees were in the World Series, I NEVER rooted for them to win, I mean who does that.

Very few people, and anyone that does, will be older. Rooting for your league is old school. Anyhow, I half heartedly rooted for the Sox in 2004, but mainly because I'm from Boston. I kind of want them to win this year too, cuz I want all the professional Boston teams to win their league's championships, and have BC play for the national championship as well. Wouldn't that be sick!

Put a bullet in my head if anyone ever sees me rooting for: the Yankees or the Lakers. Give me a little more time and I just might add the Colts to that list.

The Second Amendment doesn't say anything like 'except for blind people.'

If the 2nd makes DC's ban on handguns Un-Constitutional. An idea which the SC will be considering shortly, then the 2nd also guarantees blind people the right to shoot stuff too, or to at least shoot in the general direction of said stuff.

Yeah, my cousin (total goomba greasball) got me hooked before I even knew what baseball was. The Yanks are the only out of Boston team I root for. I don't hate the RedSox, since they are my hometown's team. It's hard to explain really. I've tried to describe myself as a baseball fan who roots for the Yankees, as opposed to a yahoo. I hate yahoo fans of any kind. they're too homer, and too illogical. for example, the guys I play cards with were saying how awesome JD Drew is the night after he hit the grand slam. Sorry, fans like that, regardless of the team, are morons. :D
