I have Directv and subscribe to the Sports Pack which allows me to watch every FSN and NESN type channel throughout the country. So last night I went searching for the Denver channels to see what their guys were saying about the game.

I found two shows on two different channels the first one was on altitude. One of the Hosts (an old bronco player, I can't remember his name) was chatting with Charlie Adams and Nick Ferguson. During his posts he stated several things such as this is the match up that suits the Broncos well. After making these statements he justifies his reasoning for wanting NE because....

"The patriots are not a physical team, they are built for speed whereas the Broncos are built for a tough physical football game"

That made me laugh and the rest of the show was about the rest of the teams left in the playoffs essentially.

The next show was called Broncos All Access and this one was done very well up until the end when one of the main guys says....

"This should give Broncos fans hope, Brady is 10-0 in the playoffs but take away the 3 super bowl wins and that leaves him 7-0 and do you know how many of those games were on the road? Zero! He is 7-0 at home, he has never played a road playoff game."

Just a couple of quotes I found amusing. There were others but I can't remember them all. I hope they have better coverage then that on other channels in the Denver area. I would think that if a person is paid to analyze the game they should atleast watch one game that the other team played so you don't make off the mark statements and if you are paid to make factual statements then you should atleast do two minutes of research on NFL.com.

Sounds like he overlooked two games in Pittsburgh.

Or maybe he just considers that home away from home for the Pats. :D

Wow. A couple of things :

- If we win and head to Indy, we'll hear about their HF advantage inside. News flash - the Patriots are plenty tough and physical to match any team. But put us inside and the Branches, Watson, Faulks and small, quick CB are just fine inside thank you very much.

- Have these guys actually watch the Bronco's LB ? Although they have good size (except for Gold), their main attribute is speed.

Further proof that low oxygen levels in Denver's thin air really DOES affect a person's ability to function normally. I'm no doctor, but I think I detect some seriously oxygen starved brain matter.

I would think if you asked the Steelers what team is the most physical that they play I would guess they would say the Pats. Indy would probably say the same. The pats might be quick in the skill positions, but we have some of the biggest LB's in the league along with a very big front line. He was talking about the Broncos Offense vs our Defense when he made the physical statement. So essientially he was saying that our Defense was built for speed wheras the Broncos Offense was built for a physical tough running game.

Send an email to Belichick with this so he can mention it, in passing of course, to Mr. Seymour, Wilfork, Warren, Vrabel, Bruschi, McGinnest and Colvin.

You guys are soft :D
