    This appears to be the approach of Russ Feingold. I wonder how much momentum he gets in the next year or so if he stays on message about the trampling of the constitution (by both parties). He already has the anti-war arrow in his quiver. Of course, that would really roil the Dumocrat majority.

    #75 Jersey

    What Dumocrat majority? Last I checked the Republicans hold the Presidency, the House, and the Senate.

    Fenigold has about as much of a chance as Hillary, which is none.

    Start saying it now, President Gingrich!!!!!!

    Yes, Gingrich has always been popular with the American public, probably due to his high moral character.

    Gingrich? I don't think so. I can't imagine the religious right voting for a man with this marital history:

    Wife #1: was his high school math teacher;

    Wife #2: He was cheating on wife #1 with the future wife #2. Served Wife #1 divorce papers when she was in the hospital recovering from cancer surgery.

    Wife #3: He was cheating on wife #2 with the future wife #3 for at least seven years. Wife #3, when the affair started, was a twenty-something aide. Rumor has it that they did not restrain themselves sexually while in newtie's office (as in: "That building belongs to the American people! How dare they desecrate it!")

    i suspect Mr Gingrich will have trouble in the primaries. Hubris isn't an issue with politicans thought.

    I think he will make a strong run for the nominee. He is awesome in debates which will be great to watch him against mccain and rudy and the other contenders. I don't know if he will be president but his run for it will educational.

    If I wer guessing I would say George Allen. Rudy and Mc Cain are divorced and Pro Abortion also that won't fly in the primaries.

    Free...I'm aware of the reason why we're on the verge of authoritarianism.. Thanks for the reminder. I was referring to the majority of Dumocrats who can't seem to get their heads outta their collective asses and find a spine.

    Feingold should eat them for dinner. And yes, I would love to see the guy Gingrich run....the guy who got the entire K-street bribery project going in this pay to play scheme. A guy with some pretty close ties to Abramoffs cabal. Bring it.
