As much as we are all pretty disgusted, BB will not be fired... I would like to see a dramatic change in the coordinators... and a couple of D playmakers.

I don't think Belichick should be fired but I don't think that he has done

a good job this year. He is responsible for the football operation

(players, coaching staff, scouting organization) and should be

held accountable.

BB is not infallible. This we all know. I don't know if there's a brain drain in the coaching right now, but clearly things are not up to snuff. I wouldn't mind seeing Pees replaced, personally. He's had his opportunity and doesn't really have a track record that would inspire me enough to keep him around.

But its so frustrating to watch this team this year, a year when you have a HOF QB in his prime and a HOF WR in his Prime.. its going to waste...


Shannahan had been around to long, this team is lacking something , its safe to question the coaching..
