Cut by the Rams today. Goes to IR with hamstring injury if he goes unclaimed. I know that he defines injury prone but he is 6'5", freakishly talented and was coached by McDaniels last year. Who knows if JMD loves him or hates him but if it's the former, I wouldn't be shocked if the Pats look a flyer on him, at least to check out the status of his injury and see if he is salvageable this year. We likely don't have a roster stop to keep him around while his hammy heals but he is an interesting guy.

Hasn’t he had more surgeries on his knee than Bruce Jenner has had on his face? I think he's safely in the “what could have been” column.

You're probably right, although he will likely get one more shot. Too bad, as he had star potential if he could have stayed healthy. His senior year stats at Mizzou: 114 catches, 1800 yds, 14 TDs. 5 surgeries on the same knee before the age of 24 is tough to overcome; however.

    #11 Jersey

we could claim him and IR him after the deadline, free up a spot by cutting somebody like Branch then bring him back.
