Glad you asked F.B.N. ... Go Mavericks....as an aside...Stern handing that trophy to Cuban is too classic to not happen.

I don't follow the NBA too closely anymore but Dirk Nowitzki is an amazing player and I'd like to see him get it.

Aside from that I'm just glad that two different teams are in the finals.

What have there been, just 5 championship teams over the last 20 years?

Celtics, Lakers, Bulls, Detroit, and Spurs? Maybe one other token team but I think that's it.

I might even be interested if it gets to game 7 and I don't have to stay up past 10 to see who wins.

There are even more Cubans in Cuba. :D

If they had a team...would we call them the "Stogies"?

Larry Bird isnt walking through that door. Robert Parish isnt walking through that door and neither is Kevin McHale.

Hey some new blood, a team will win its first championship. I like both teams. Now that Shaq is not a Laker I'm cool with it, plus it rubs more salt in the Koby thing (whom I do not like at all). Wade is one great athlete and seems like he has a lot of class. I lived in Dallas for a while, so I have some sentiment there. I hadn't thought of the Stern/Cuban thing, thats funny.
I think this will be a great series and will go seven with the Heat taking it.

I'm not a fan of Cuban, but I really like the team. Though I would sort of like to see Antoine get a ring, I don't think Dallas will have much trouble taking out the Heat. Mavs in 5.
